Scope of Work:

The Die Maker Level lll is responsible for the first steps in the die-making process, including laying out the dies, drilling, sawing, and grinding the dies. After the die is made, the Die Maker Level 3 is responsible for the proper polishing of the die before it is sent to the Die Shop/Extrusion Dept.

You will also be responsible for the operation of material handling equipment in Keymark Tool & Die. This role offers opportunities for advancement as you build your skill set, expand your knowledge, and demonstrate increased capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial die layouts
• Work scheduling
• Drilling 
• Sawing 
• Grinding the dies to prints
• Polishing of the finished dies

• Keep work area clean and free of debris
• Repair and maintenance of equipment
• Operation of material handling equipment
