We're hiring Equipment Operators for both day and night shifts in our Aluminum Cast House. Whether you're new to the industry or have experience, we provide comprehensive on-site training to set you up for success.

Pay & Shift Details:

• Starting Hourly Rate: $19–$22 /hour (based on experience and job application)
• Annual Earnings Potential: $50,000–$60,000+ to start
• Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 /hour for night shift
• Overtime: Time-and-a-half pay available
• Flexible 12-hour shift options

What You'll Do:

As an Equipment Operator in our Cast House, you'll:

• Operate equipment to produce aluminum billet from raw materials
• Utilize mobile equipment: forklifts, skid steers, overhead cranes
• Operate industrial systems: furnaces, saws, casting machines, and lab equipment
• Work in a team-focused, safety-first environment
