Starting hourly pay range is $18.50 - $21 per hour depending on your experience level.

Scope of Work:

The Lab Technician is responsible for maintaining the proper chemical levels in the process tanks as well as completing test titrations and chemical additions as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

 Titrations of tanks

 Tank chemical concentration

 Addition of chemicals to tanks as needed

 Monitor crystallizer/centrifuge

 Monitor RO unit and water softener

Problem Solving Examples

The titration levels in the anodizing medium are not correct. You adjust to get the correct

formulation.

 You are having temperature monitoring issues so you inform the maintenance team to check the equipment for failures.

 You notice that a box of sodium hydroxide has expired. You separate it from the rest of the material, so it is not used.
