We are recruiting and reviewing applicants for the Maintenance Office Administrator position in our corporate office and manufacturing plant.
Pay & Benefits:
The hourly pay is $18.50

Scope of Position and Work:
The Maintenance Office Administrator provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department and assists in coordinating daily departmental operations. This role offers opportunities for professional development in maintenance and manufacturing environments, along with a competitive pay rate of $18.50/hour. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating maintenance schedules and departmental activities
- Track inventory, equipment purchases, and maintenance-related receipts
- Assist with coordinating work requests to maintenance staff
- Maintain and update daily time and attendance records
- Coordinate purchases and receipts with Maintenance Technicians
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, department managers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Partner with HR and Safety to coordinate new hire onboarding and safety training using Training Manager software
- Assist in monitoring department-specific training requirements and employee qualifications
- Support project planning activities related to new equipment installation and capital improvement projects
- Maintain departmental files, records, reports, and documentation
- Notify management of updates, concerns, or scheduling adjustments as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role preferred
- Maintenance, manufacturing, or facilities administration experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with management, maintenance staff, production teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be able to pass a background screening
Working Conditions:
This position is primarily based in an office setting; however, occasional work on the manufacturing floor and throughout plant areas will be required, with safety protocols in place to ensure a secure working environment.
